A Tasting through Aromas is more of an all-around sensorial experience than a simple tasting. With our expert guide, we will take you on a journey through the main wine areas of Sicily, letting you discover some of the most representative and authentic wines our island has to offer.
From the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna to the historic cellars of Marsala on the West Coast, through the sun-drenched vineyards of Noto and the southern corner of Sicily — we will tell you about the wines and the people behind them, adapting our storytelling to your preferences: more technical or more narrative, it's entirely up to you.
With our WSET3 certified guide, images, maps and aroma samples at your disposal, you will be able to learn and enjoy their unique flavours in a truly conscious and engaging way.
Together with the wines, you'll savour a selection of paired dishes, designed to help you understand the basics of food and wine pairing — because in Sicily, wine and food are always best enjoyed together.
