Every evening at 17:30, a comfortable boat departs from the Doric Temple of Giardini Naxos for a suggestive navigation along one of the most breathtaking stretches of coastline in Sicily.

This group boat excursion combines the beauty of Isola Bella, the pleasure of a seaside aperitif and the thrill of encountering wild dolphins in their natural habitat — all in full respect of the marine environment.

First Stop — Isola Bella Bay

After departing from Giardini Naxos, the cruise navigates along the coast past Capo Taormina and into the stunning Isola Bella Marine Reserve, one of the most beautiful bays in all of Sicily. Here you'll have time to take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters, while an aperitif with snacks is served on board — the perfect way to enjoy the golden light of the setting sun over this iconic Sicilian landscape.

Second Stop — Dolphin Watching Offshore

The second part of the excursion is dedicated to the search for dolphins offshore. Once a group of dolphins is spotted, the boat will approach carefully, minimising any disturbance to allow guests to observe the animals' natural behaviour up close. The on-board staff will provide a brief introduction to dolphin behaviour and safety guidelines before departure.

Please note: dolphins are wild animals and their sighting cannot be guaranteed 100%. In case of no sighting, the ticket cost will not be refunded. The excursion is carried out only under good weather and sea conditions, and may be cancelled in case of adverse weather.

How to reach the meeting point from Taormina

The best way to reach the port is by car. You can park in the blue lines near the port (they are free) or as an alternative to other paid parking places nearby.
